Tao Theatre under construction. This will be one of the biggest retreats for Tao. Located in Maoshan which is 3 hrs away from Shanghai.
Hirain invited Untitled Studios to the Stage concept, Visualise the performance and design the entire show.

“We open on a dark stage, the atmosphere electrified with anticipation. The silence is
broken by a child whispering a poem, like the bubbling of a stream in a forest glade. As
the poem trickles to an end, a gigantic crane flies onto the stage made of meters upon
meters of fine white silk and a striking paper mache head. The crane flies around the stage, flying almost over the audience…..”
